Special Terms
All open heifers are broke to tie and get washed/dried while tied up. All cattle sell as is based on disposition. We encourage you to ask if you have any concerns or questions in regards to disposition. All cattle will sell under the following terms of fertility. Females are guaranteed to breed or produce transferable IVF embryos. If female is evaluated by a licensed vet and is considered obese, breeding guarantee is voided. Or in the case of Disease or injury occurring after purchase guarantee is voided. If there is a problem Sullivan Farms will request that the animal is returned to us for a period of up to 12 months in an attempt to breed the animal or successfully IVF the animal. Open heifers that have been transplanted are not guaranteed. In the event that an animal will not settle or produce IVF embryos with the efforts of the buyer and seller, a sale credit in the amount of the purchase price will be issued to the buyer that can be used at any time on any animal, flush, semen or embryos sold by Sullivan Farms.
***Sullivan Farms retains the option to ½ ET interest in all heifers sold at the buyer’s convenience and seller’s expense. Sullivan Farms also retains, at our expense, the opportunity to obtain a DNA cell line for cloning purposes on all cattle selling in this sale.
