Terms of Sale:
All cattle are sold “as is” with no implied guarantee of disposition, soundness, fertility, feeding abilities or health, etc. Calves are halter-broke and accustomed to being washed and dried while tied. No cattle will leave without a secure form of payment in full. Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold but will be cared for by the sellers for a reasonable amount of time. Cattle will stay free of charge 10 days post sale, after 10 days they are subject to $15/day yardage fee.
Olson Cattle Co. reserves the right to all DNA/Call Lines/Cloning rights. Seller retains the option to two successful flushes on each female sold *min of 12 embryos or the option to ½ ET interest at the buyer’s convenience and seller’s expense. Please note we reserve the option, but it may not be used in all cases.
