Welcome statement
Welcome to our 3rd Annual Spring born sale.
All cattle have been raised by Kempker Livestock and Stedem Cattle company. Our
foundations are built on faith, family, friends and quality livestock.

All Steers and heifers are halter-broke and accustomed to being washed and dried while tied.
We encourage you to ask any questions about an animals disposition prior to purchase.
Health & Nutrition: All cattle have been inspected by a veterinarian and are sold as fully
vaccinated and healthy.
All calves were weaned 10/2/24 and given their last round of vaccinations.
Guarantee:
We do guarantee fertility (either a live calf or an embryo) however disposition, quality,
soundness, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. All cattle are property of the new owner
once the sale is complete, meaning if they are left here and something unfortunate were to
happen to the heifer or steer, it is the buyer's responsibility.
Kempker Livestock reserves the rights to two successful flushes (minimum of 12 eggs) on each
female in the offering unless otherwise noted under the special terms section of the lot. Also,
the seller reserves the rights to make a cell line and/or clone any heifer in the offering. All
reproductive costs will be at the seller’s expense and the buyer’s convenience.
