These terms and conditions are made in addition to the
terms and conditions published by Show Circuit Online Sales, LLC. All definitions and terms and conditions published by Show Circuit Online Sales, LLC are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. This sale is governed by Texas law. These terms represent the agreement between buyer and Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC and guest consignors and apply to all lots sold at the Baby Doll & Elite Sale on April 26, 2025. Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC retains the rights to one flush resulting in at least (6) transferrable embryos from all lots unless the sale price is $20,000.00 or more. Flush will be at buyers convenience and not to impose on show career of heifer.
Payment and Transfers: Show Circuit Online Sales, LLC will handle all payments. Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC will handle all transfer of registration papers.
Feeding Terms: Heifers will be provided free care in our show barn until
May 15, 2025 after which time feed will be billed to the buyer at
$20/head/day. These charges are not designed for us to make money, but to cover our costs. Any veterinary expense will be the buyer’s obligation at the time such charges are incurred. Feed charges must be paid in full when the cattle are picked up. Exceptions are made for the heifers born in the month of January & February. January and Feburuary born heifers will be held at no additional feed cost until June 15, 2025, if buyer chooses. After June 15th these January and February born heifers will be charged to the buyer $20/head/day.
Liability and Insurance: Ownership of the animal transfers from Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC to the buyer at the time of sale and buyer bears all risks of injury, disease and/or death which may occur. Buyer further agrees Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC specifically has or will have no liability or fault for any injury, disease, or death suffered to any animal following its sale by the buyer. Insurance is available at the buyer’s option through SCOnline.
Health: Cattle are eligible for a state approved health certificate for interstate shipment in the USA. Buyers are solely responsible for all health requirements for their respective states. Animals have been provided the utmost care, nutrition, and vaccinations under the guidance of our veterinarian. Animals are assumed sound and healthy at sale time. No guarantee is made for health requirements for export outside of the USA.
Breeding Guarantee: All heifers sold in the Baby Doll Sale will be accompanied by a veterinary certification of health and soundness that was completed prior to sale. All females are guaranteed to be natural breeders for one natural calf. This however, is not a lifetime insurance policy. This guarantee does not include any injury, death, management, feed and/or nutrition issues that the animal may suffer following the sale. Breeding guarantee is voided if any of the following occur: injury, death, disease, natural disaster, gross negligence or misconduct,
heifers not in suitable body condition score to breed, virgin heifers flushed or IVF’d prior to having a natural calf. Buyer must notify Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC of any breeding concerns on or by July 1, 2026. Should a breeding concern arise, and is timely made, buyer is responsible to return the animal to Wendt Ranch. Wendt Ranch Partners, LLC will have 6 months to prove the animal a breeder. Should the female be a non-breeder, Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC has the option to select a suitable replacement if available, or issue sale credit to be used in a future purchase at Wendt Ranch. No cash refunds will be given. We make no further guarantees, including but not limited to ability of a female to compete in livestock shows, number of years in production, or number of embryos produced.
Rules to Win $10,000.00:
1. Only purebred WENDT Ranches Partners halter heifers purchased at the Baby Doll Sale held online April 26, 2025 bought on Show Circuit Online Sales, LLC are eligible to win the $10,000.00. Lots eligible are 1,2, 4-10
2. Star 5 heifers (lots 11-13) are not eligible.
3. Any bulls sold in the sale are excluded from the $10,000.00
4. Any guest consignor lots in the sale are excluded from the $10,000.00
5. Heifers must remain in the buyer’s name that purchased the heifer and
who’s name the heifer was transferred to from the Baby Doll Sale. If the
heifer is transferred to another name, the heifer is no longer eligible to win
the $10,000.00. The buyer’s name will be verified at the time the heifer is
picked up from the Baby Doll Sale.
6. A purebred heifer purchased at the Baby Doll Sale that meets all applicable terms and conditions and wins the National Santa Gertrudis Open Show or the National Santa Gertrudis Jr heifer Show will be awarded $10,000.00 from Wendt Ranches Partners, LLC. This is in effect for the entire show career of the heifer. The heifer can be awarded $10,000.00 as many times as she wins the National OPEN &/or National Jr. Santa Gertrudis show.
