Welcome statement
Welcome to the first Lazy H Ranch Colorado online heifer sale. We are excited about this offering and the future of these heifers both in the show ring and as cows. This set of Charolais, Percentage Charolais, Percentage Simmental and Angus cattle are deep and we are ecstatic to be working with all the new buyers. They are all backed by our program and the breed's best donors that have been making a name for themselves over the years. The cattle are sold as is but are broke to tie and wash. A huge thank you to all who have helped put this set together. Without our friends and family this would not be possible.
Sale Terms and Conditions:
All cattle must be paid for in full prior to pickup. All cattle will be expected to be picked up within 14 days of the sale. If no prior arrangements have been made on day 15 a daily fee will be incurred.
Seller will retain the right to 2 successful flushes of 6 embryos or more on all females at the seller’s expense and buyer’s convenience.
All cattle have been halter-broke to tie and be washed and fully vaccinated.
Trucking/Shipping:
We will work with the buyer to coordinate rides in multiple directions, Trucking will be at buyers’ expense, and any health cert costs that may be needed. As always you are welcome to pick up at the farm. Embryos/Semen will be shipped at buyer’s expense and released after payment.
