Welcome to the Whoazone Equine Summer Sizzler! We are excited to offer these great horses to you! Please note you can click their listings under pedigrees for copies of their papers, vet statements, and videos. 

Buyer Responsibility & Due Diligence

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct all due diligence prior to bidding. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Requesting additional photos, videos, or information from the seller.
  • Scheduling and completing a pre-purchase veterinary exam if desired.
• Buyers acknowledge they have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the horse or item prior to bidding.

 “As Is” Sale

• All horses and items are sold as is, where is, without any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees, including but not limited to soundness, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.
• Descriptions provided by consignors are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed by WhoaZone, Dream Bigger Youth Summit, or SC Online Sales.

Payment & Transfer of Ownership

• The winning bidder agrees to pay the full purchase price for their lot(s) promptly as directed by SC Online Sales.
• No horse or item will be released until payment has been received in full and verified.
• All costs associated with transportation, board, insurance, or care following the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

**RACE HORSE STYLE SALE CLOSING PROCEDURE**

• Race Horse Style Closing keeps all lots open if there is bidding action on any lot.

• Bidding is extended in descending minute intervals (example: 5 minutes, 3 minutes, 1 minute).

• The sale will only close when no further bidding action occurs on any lot.

• Once bidding stops across all lots, the clock will run all the way out and the sale will officially close.

• This can extend the sale up to an hour beyond the posted “close time.”

• The purpose of this system is to prevent “lot sniping” — last-second bids that don’t give other interested buyers a fair chance to respond.
