We would like to thank you for taking the time to view our offering on the 13th. We have worked extremely hard to not only raise, but to find cattle that we feel can compete and perform with the best in the country. We would love to have you come, and see this set of cattle in person, but realize that is not always an option. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions, we would love to talk to you.

All cattle are up to date with vaccinations, are broke to tie, and will be tattooed before they leave our facility. If you have specific questions about disposition please reach out to us before sale day.

Seller reserves the rights to two successful flushes (minimum of 12 eggs) on each female in the offering unless otherwise noted under the special terms section of the lot.  Also, Tree Lane Farms reserves the rights to make a cell line and/or clone any heifer in the offering. All reproductive costs will be at the seller’s expense and the buyer’s convenience. Heifers are sold with guaranteed fertility (either a live calf or an embryo). Disposition, soundness, quality, etc. are all the responsibility of the buyer once the animal leaves Tree Lane Farms and all cattle are property of the new owner once the sale is complete. We recommend purchasing insurance through your respective agent after the sale for further protection.
