Welcome statement
All cattle must be picked up no later than September 29th at 2741 240th Street, Charles City, IA 50616. The buyer is responsible for coordinating delivery. The buyer will be charged $5.00/day for any cattle picked up after September 29th unless other arrangements are made. All hauling is at the buyers expense.
Special Terms
Animals are sold as is with no implied guarantee of soundness, disposition, fertility, etc. We reserve the right to 1 successful flush on all heifers. Buyer is responsible for any registration papers for cattle sold under $3,500. For all calves that are dual registered, the seller is responsible for one registration fee and the buyer will be responsible for the second fee.
All expenses must be paid prior to cattle leaving the farm.
