Welcome statement
Welcome to the Hillview Farm KY Fall Sale. We along with everyone else have endured a tough hot summer and preparing sale cattle has been a challenge. We have finally turned the corner toward some cooler weather, and we are now pleased with the condition of the cattle that we are offering. We have had SC sales in the past but in recent years have sold cattle via private treaty, but in that this year we have such a deep set of high-quality individuals decided to offer them to a wider audience. They are available for viewing at any time but please do call ahead as we are often involved in other farm chores at different locations. All calves are completely up to date on all vaccinations. We would prefer that everyone is able to evaluate them in person but realize that is not always feasible so please call us if you have any questions about anything. We are more than happy to take cell videos. Additionally, our sale rep, Kerry Lawrence, has been through them and he would also provide a candid opinion and the cell videos he has taken. The cattle sell as is with no guarantee regarding disposition, soundness, fertilityand so forth as once they leave our farm we have no control over how they are handled. Unless otherwise stated we retain the right to 2 flushes with a minimum of 6 embryos with no maximum on each heifer sold at the buyer’s convenience and the seller’s expense. All lots become the property of the high bidder at the conclusion of the sale. No cattle leave without full payment. We will assist with trucking as we are located near I-24 Exit 86 making it an easy stop for multiple truckers that are often in the area.
We have arranged the sale order from oldest to youngest, January to May. Be certain to look through the entire offering as there are very good cattle top to bottom.
