Welcome statement
I would like to welcome you to the inaugural offering of our spring born Hereford heifers. I feel there are heifers in here that are bona fide show prospects with donor potential, those that can raise bulls, and some that will be a great starter animal and grow a cowherd for a young exhibitor.
You will see mention of the cows they come from, and you are more than welcome to come view the cowherd. Please join us Sunday, November 1 for an open house with a perfect fall meal of chili and cinnamon rolls.
For those of you whom I have not met, I am a veterinarian by trade. These animals have received the following at 2 months old:
Bovi-Shield Gold 5, Autogenous Pinkeye, Vision 7, TwoCorathon Fly Tags, Valcor and Stand Guard.
At weaning:
Bovi-Shield Gold One Shot, Autogenous Pinkeye, Vision 7, Synanthic Drench.
Post weaning: OCV
With that I am more than happy to assist in your animals health and reproductive future as I also perform OPU, conventional flushes and embryo transfer. Should you need help, I will always be there for followup.
There are a multitude of people who I would like to thank but the list is exhaustive and I do not wish to bore you. Notice that some animals have an RFG prefix, which stands for Royal Flush Genetics. There are others with SUNSIS and that is the prefix used for animals owned by my daughters Adelyn and Gwynivere, who are 7 and 5. This stands for Sunday Sisters. Hopefully, they will soon be exhibiting on their own. That said, we are using the cows as a tool to raise children. Therefore we feel it is proper to note these animals are 100% honest in their representation.
