Welcome statement
Welcome to our 7th online female sale and we’re excited about the offering! As one of the longest running Red Angus herds in the east coast were proud of where we’ve been but more excited about our future.
We’ve raised numerous banner winners throughout the east coast and even a few wins at NAILE along the way. Our performance oriented bulls have topped the PA Bull Test not only in the Red Angus breed but include having the high indexing bull of all breeds and the high seller of all breeds, the same year with two different bulls! I’m not sure many people can lay stake to that claim. I share this because our breeding philosophy has stayed the same. Breed them the way we like them phenotypically utilizing EPD’s and genomics as a tool to make them better. While our EPD profiles across the board won’t wow you, in part, because of the age and longevity of good productive, maternallyoriented, sound made cows that stand behind them. We hope our customers find some value to this and understand the direction you wish to take your cow herd is yours. The majority of the heifers we sell go back into cow herds as replacement females with a minority continuing to the show ring. All heifers sell halter broke to tie and lead and have great dispositions. It’s been a fun group to work and their personalities are wonderful.
Please join us for our Open House on Sunday, October 25th at 2500 Old New Windsor Pike, New Windsor, MD 21776 from noon until dark. Lunch will be provided and for those wishing to make a nice long weekend trip we are only 35 minutes from historic Gettysburg, PA. Come for the food, fellowship and view some awesome heifers. We’re pretty sure you won’t be disappointed. Please call or text for any inquiries and we’re always happy to support all buyers after the sale.
Thank you from the Zepp and Myers Families!
